White-label · EU-deployable · Multi-tenant by design

Your AI receptionist line. Our infrastructure.

Clients keep asking for "an AI phone thing" you can't build or host. Deskline is the wholesale AI receptionist platform behind your brand: multi-channel, multi-tenant, deployable on EU infrastructure with a DPA and built for EU data-residency, with AI disclosure built in. You own the client and the retail price. We run the platform. Nobody sees us.

Wholesale EUR 40–70 / client / mo · You retail EUR 200–500 · Messenger-first today, voice on the roadmap · Message a live sandbox before you sign — ikode@imergent.us · +1 813 421 4175

Why now

The small-language lane is empty. The EU-residency checkbox is real.

The English-only AI receptionist market is crowding fast — entry-level plans are already a race to the bottom. The smaller-EU-language versions (Bulgarian live today; Romanian, Greek and Croatian on the roadmap) are not crowded. And once the AI Act's core obligations apply from 2 August 2026, "deployable on EU infrastructure, built for EU data-residency, with AI disclosure on by default" is a checkbox your US-based competitors can't quickly tick. Deskline is built to be resold: per-trade configs, per-tenant branding, and channels that match how Southern and Eastern Europe actually message.

Reseller economics

Wholesale EUR 40–70. Retail EUR 200–500. Do the math.

You buy each client's tenant at wholesale, brand it as your own, and set your own retail price inside the going SMB band. Your marginal delivery cost after setup is close to zero, so the spread is yours. Here is a worked example — illustrative, not a guarantee; your real numbers depend on your retail price, churn and support load.

Example, per client / month
Your retail price (you set it) EUR 300
Deskline wholesale (example mid-tier) − EUR 55
Your gross margin / client EUR 245

At 8 retained clients that is EUR 1,960 / month of gross margin on infrastructure you didn't build. Add or drop clients without touching servers. Telephony, if you enable voice later, is billed through at cost — shown separately.

Why the margin holds

  • One platform, many tenants. Adding a client is a config, not a deployment — your per-client cost stays flat.
  • You own the relationship. The contract, the retail price and the client data relationship are yours; Deskline is invisible.
  • No build, no bench. No engineers to hire, no hosting to run, no model bills to reconcile — wholesale is a single predictable line item.
  • Priced for the real band. EUR 200–500 retail sits squarely inside what SMBs already pay for answering services.

Exact wholesale tiers (volume-based, inside the EUR 40–70 band) are shared when you request access — see Request wholesale access.

Platform capabilities

Multi-channel, multi-tenant, white-label by design

Not a demo bolted onto a landing page — a receptionist backend designed channel-agnostic and multi-tenant from day one, so reselling is the default mode, not an afterthought.

CH

Channels that fit the region

Telegram is live today; Viber and WhatsApp are next on the channel roadmap — the messengers that dominate Southern and Eastern Europe. Voice is on the roadmap too, and honestly labeled: we do not promise a phone number until the telephony integration is production-ready.

MT

True multi-tenant

Each of your clients is an isolated tenant with its own config, knowledge, hours and escalation rules. Onboard a new client in minutes without touching another tenant or spinning up infrastructure.

WL

White-label to the surface

Your brand, your name, your retail invoice. The receptionist introduces itself under your client's brand; Deskline stays behind the curtain. NDA-by-default on the reseller relationship.

TR

Per-trade configs

Pre-built profiles for common service trades (HVAC, plumbing, dental, auto, beauty) so a new tenant starts from a sensible template — greeting, intake questions, emergency routing — instead of a blank page.

LP

Small-language packs

Bulgarian is live today. Romanian, Greek and Croatian are on the roadmap and shown as roadmap, not as shipped. The small-language quality gap is the lane US vendors leave open.

HO

Human hand-off

The receptionist captures the essentials and routes anything urgent to a human on your client's side. It answers around the clock; it does not pretend to be the last word on an emergency.

Language lanes marked "roadmap" are commitments to build, not current features. We label what ships and what is planned so you never oversell to a client on our behalf.

Compliance & residency

EU-deployable, GDPR-conscious, AI-Act-transparency-ready

EU data-residency, per deployment

Each tenant can be deployed on EU-based infrastructure with conversation records stored in the EU — the residency option we commit to per client and back with a DPA. Model-inference routing is disclosed per deployment so you can give your buyers an accurate data-flow answer.

GDPR-conscious by design

Data-processing roles, retention controls and deletion on request are part of the platform design, not an afterthought — so your DPA with the client has real substance behind it.

Art. 50 disclosure built in

Every deployed receptionist discloses that the caller is talking to an AI system. The disclosure is a platform feature, on by default — it is a selling point, not a footnote.

AI
Where we are precise, on purpose

"AI-Act-transparency-ready" means Deskline gives you the Art. 50 disclosure features your deployment needs. It does not mean using Deskline "makes you" or "makes your client" compliant — compliance depends on how the client operates the system, their own documentation, and their legal advice. EU-region hosting is a per-client deployment we commit to and back with a DPA, not a default of every demo environment. We give you honest building blocks and put the disclosure in the product; the compliance posture stays with the deployer.

The AI Act's core obligations apply from 2 August 2026. This page is product information, not legal advice.

What you get

The method, itemized — no logos to hide behind

We are early and we say so. Instead of borrowed testimonials or invented client counts, here is exactly what a Deskline reseller receives and can inspect before committing.

In every reseller account

  • A live sandbox tenant. Message a real, working receptionist before you sign anything — not a scripted video.
  • Tenant provisioning. Create, brand and configure client tenants yourself from templates.
  • Per-trade config templates for the common service verticals, editable per client.
  • Wholesale billing you can mark up. One predictable per-client line item; your retail pricing is yours to set.
  • An architecture & compliance one-pager — where data lives, how residency works, how the Art. 50 disclosure is delivered — to hand your buyers.
  • Onboarding docs and support for your team during setup, in English.

What we deliberately do not claim

  • No client logos we are not authorized to show.
  • No invented reseller or end-client counts.
  • No "makes you compliant" — only real Art. 50 disclosure features.
  • No production voice line until the telephony integration is genuinely ready; messenger-first is what ships today.
  • No performance percentages we have not measured.

When we have named references and measured numbers, they will appear here with permission and attribution. Until then, the sandbox is the proof: try it.

Founding reseller program

First 10 resellers: locked wholesale rate.

Instead of pretending we have hundreds of resellers, we are opening ten founding seats. Founding resellers lock their per-client wholesale rate for the life of the account, get direct access to the operator for roadmap input, and help shape which language pack ships next. In return we ask for honest feedback and, once you have live clients and their permission, a real reference.

Locked-rate guarantee is written into the founding agreement. Seats are limited to ten so the operator can support each one directly.

A note from the operator

Why this exists, and who is behind it

Deskline is the wholesale face of a channel-agnostic AI receptionist we build and run at ikode, an EU-based engineering shop. We built the platform multi-tenant first because the durable business is not selling one receptionist — it is being the infrastructure behind agencies who already own the client relationships and just need something compliant to sell.

We would rather have ten resellers who trust the numbers than a wall of logos we can't stand behind. So the pitch is deliberately plain: try the sandbox, read the architecture page, do your own margin math, and hold us to what ships versus what is roadmap. If the lane fits you, the founding seats are open.
